in ulx only superadmin can give ban.
what to do so then the another gropus can give ban?

Go to groups scroll down to the group you want to manage click the group name then click manage group permissions scroll till you get to cmds - Utility click it then scroll and tick ULX Ban.

No, I there is Settings tab near the Maps tab, how do I remove access from Admins to change whatever is there, because I dont want admins to chene settings and stuff. How to?
