Connection times out or game crashes when I join my server!

So I made a server and put a lot of addons in it. When I try to join it, everything goes okay until it comes to sending client info then it like stops there for a while and my connection times out. Other players reported their game crashing. I have found no fix yet and I need help! Here is the console as I join:`
