In-game weapon errors, something i've never come across at all.

I just joined my server and when I scrolled to my Phyisics gun it said different weapons like blank etc. also the keys for darkrp are gone and other stuff.

I have tried re-installing DarkRP but no difference, it actually made the issue worse.
This is what it looks like.
