I was wondering how I could get random announcements in the chat. I can't seem to find it in ULX or is it another addon?
In ULX I think its listed as 'adverts'

Anyways yea, it's in the ULX xgui.
!menu (Or !xgui) -> Settings -> Server -> ULX Adverts
