If I put -dxlevel 110 in launcher options of Garry's mod in Steam, will it make any difference in performance?
How about you put it in and tell us. Maybe it will, but it also may not give you any benefits.

It doesn't use their advantages, like tessellation, but it can use DX10 or 11, and they are supposed to be faster.
