I made a server with steam cmd i can connect by pressing local network in server list but my friends cant so they are typing in console connect 'serverip:port' but then they get the error Connection failed after 4 retries.

That's not a port forward. Port forwarding is when you allow any connection through a specific port in your internet. Your best bet is to either use Hamachi (tunneling software, not sure how they work) which is simple or to port forward which is different for almost everyone. Essentially to port forward go to [url]http://192.168.1.1[/url] and login as admin and password as password unless you changed it. Then forward port 27015 udp/tcp.
