After several rounds, my server gets stuck on 'round over'. Is there any way to fix this, and if so how? I do have custom content. If you need me to post anything, I will do so.

Try removing all your addons (you don't actually need to delete them, just rename your current addons folder) and testing to see if the issue is fixed. If it is, slowly add back your addons at a reasonable interval to see which one causes it. If it doesn't fix it, try re-installing TTT
Look in your serverlog for a failed timer and what caused it, your answer is exactly that.
