Server crashing with no notification - Help

So my Garry's Mod server has been crashing like once a day or so, but for some reason, it doesn't tell me that it's crashed. Like it used to close itself, but now the console stays open when the server is actually down. This is mainly a problem, because my auto restart program (serverdoc) doesn't restart it when it crashes, because it thinks its still running. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Any crash dump files ? Does an engine error message box display when it crashes ?

Is the srcds still responsive in task manager when it crashes ?

I don't know what OS you're running, but I'm running on CentOS 6.5 and I have a similar issue. I run a TTT server, and sometimes the server just locks up. When I view the console, it will not take any commands and I have to kill it. It does not dump any crash logs, and doesn't report any logs past the point of freezing. It doesn't have any odd messages either.
