Garry's mod downloading gamemode from workshop

So, im unnable to modify the gamemode because the game keeps downloading the gamemode from workshop. how do i stop it?

Gamemode in question is Murder

edit: sorry forgot to include that i was talking about a server and not a client.

From where did you download the gamemode ?
