DarkRP server client side fps drops at max players.

I have a 17 slots DarkRP server and it seems to have very poor FPS once max players is reached. After it maxes out, slowly everyones FPS drops until it's unplayable (about 10-20).

Things like the chat icon that spins when you type in DarkRP spin really slow unless you are in the ESC menu, fps is low unless in ESC menu.

Nooo I eradicated it lolz, that's not the password. (to remove or destroy utterly; extirpate)

EDIT: Hahaha, well do you have any ideas on what it is XD (The FPS problem)

I'd say crank down the sv_minrate to something like 5000 or 3500.
