Gmod - Lua Panic "Not Enough Memory"

Hello, so i had some sort of error in the server. I used to play the server before and i didnt have issues like this one before. I had my game crashing every 10 minutes in the server and i had no idea why. So i found a command in the console to record my logs. I did it and what happens when i crash it says LUA PANIC NOT ENOUGH MEMORY even tho i didnt had this problem before.

I tried a lot of stuff:
Reinstalling Windows
Hipsize Launch Command
Deleting all Addons and installing them again
Xmx8192M -Xms8192M Launch Command
Verify Integrity of game cache[/QUOTE]

AMD Radeon HD 8570D
