Help With Default Walking Sway

Hey,

I'm am trying to figure out how to lower the intensity of Swaying while walking. I don't know much but I think it may have to do with
[lua]
ACT_WALK***
[/lua]
But I'm no where near sure.

This is for a server I own so letting me know where it would go would be great. I think it would seem to go client-side, but again I'm not sure.
I really know nothing about that kind of stuff involving Lua. So anything could help!

When holding a weapon. Or does that have to do with the SWEP.
