server lerps for 1 second while spawning ragdoll or npc

So I host my own server, and I have been noticing that everytime me or someone else spawns a ragdoll or npc it will lerp/lag the server for a split second to spawn it. I dont uinderstand why but its pretty annoying.

Could you give me the specifications of your server. Also it is probably because your server cannot handle ragdoll physics
