Weapons on my server are hitting an invisible barrier ( Video Proof/Example)

Hey there! Weapons on my server randomly bug out and hit invisible walls. [URL="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EztJtbEsB5U"]Here's a video showing the situation.[/URL] This happens on every map we play on, and there's no errors in the console. I have no idea what is causing this, hopefully the video will help you guys understand what I mean.
