Owner not being able to see other peoples chats ingame?

Can't see what people type ingame and i have to revert to going to the srcds to see whos typing and what there typing. Any help would be grateful.

I would try checking your ULX and make sure that you have all the access to everything. Their might be a ulx permission that was not checked that enables your owner group to see chat.

What's weird though is that my friend is in the same group as me, superadmin, and he can see the other person type but i can't. When i join other servers i can see everyone type, so idk. haha
