Hello, I was playing GMod last night and was having fun on a server getting around 30-40 frames. It's normal for this computer, as it's not very powerful. But the next morning Windows 8.1 was forced upon this computer and it sent my fps crawling at a measly 3-10 fps. I just want to know if there is something I can do to try and fix the problem, because it really makes the game unplayable. Thanks for reading.

Yes, sadly I am. I am not the one who purchased the computer, and I really wished I could've stopped the purchase before it happened. But the computer beforehand was still able to run GMod.
There's no way you can run GMod with 32 MB VRAM.
You must have another video card in there that's more powerful or something that you do not have drivers for installed.

Use Intel's update utility on there site and check for any graphics updates, for your hd integrated.

It doesn't seem to be working, it fails every time I try and do it. I installed all of the programs needed, so if there's another way that would be great.
