Can't use Admin abilities or entities in Singleplayer

So as the title says. I started playing GMod again recently and now I can't seem to use any of the admin weapons or entities in Singleplayer anymore even though I used to be able to. I've disabled a load of addons but I still have the problem. Anyone know how to fix this?

are u using any admin mod? (ulx assmod etc.)
