Trying to upload a map to the workshop [Not allowed by whitelist]

I'm uploading a gmod version of my TF2 map, when I try to upload it i get this error:

I already tried a lot of paths like downtown/maps/downtown/*.bsp, maps/downtown/*.bsp, maps/maps/*.bsp

I don't understand how you cannot understand. Even after I pointed out to you twice.

Why do you keep dragging the maps folder onto the gmad.exe instead of the myAddon/ folder, the root folder, the addon folder itself?

I mean, you even have the same name.

Your addon.json is in the wrong folder, move it one folder up, and your map icon must be a .png.
