So this hacker linked me to a link that was apparently some hacked link that banned me off my own server, so how do I unban my self, this is what it says in the logs:
L 10/01/2014 - 21:37:22: "Spade<11><STEAM_0:1:55635365><>" disconnected (reason "Added to banned list")
pretty sure this is the old trick that makes you login to rcon a bunch of times with a bad password and that autobans you, it should expire in 10 minutes or something but if you have access to the server console/rcon im sure you can do "listid" to see all the bans then "removeid" on your ban entry or "removeid <your steam id not in brackets>" to fix it

Im not sure if this is what happened because I dont show up on the ban list and im still banned
On your server go to cfg/banned_users.cfg and delete the line with yor steamid in it, if that doesn't work then please post what admin mod you're using.

Wait so your server doesn't show up? That's different than being banned. Anyway for ULX try going into your server console and typing this
ulx unban YourSteamID
If worse comes to worst then try deleting sv.db (BACK IT UP FIRST!) and going into data/ulx/ and delete the bans.txt files. This will remove all bans on your server though.
Oh thank god I fixed this all I had to do was restart the server.

Get the ip of your server, once you have it type this in to console
connect yourserverip:port
If you can't connect it may be your internet, if others can't either then your server is down.
