I had this problem before, i fixed it, here it is again. Right when it starts it crashes
I HAVE ALREADY TRIED THESE:
1. Setting my dxlevel to multiple different things at different times
2. Restarting my pc
3. reinstalling gmod
4. unsubscribed and uninstalled all addons
5. Reinstalling steam
6. windowing gmod
7. Verifying game cache
it does not leave anything like a crash report or anything
I've been having the same issue for 3 days now. Do you remember how you fixed it in the past ?

Have you tried turning it off and on again? Just kidding, try running it in text mode or removing some recently installed addons they may not be compatible with it. (All I can think of)
Verify TF2 local cache, and Gmod local cache.

Ensure you don't have a console.log, or if you do empty out contents. Try starting up, and if it crashes post the log with your crash dump.

Nope i already tried unsubscribing to all my addons AND going into the addon files to remove all the .gma's
That's is because you don't have: DirectX 11
or , you have a problem with your Graphic Card
