Im having a problem with a lil hacker and I believe he keeps uploading stuff through my rcon but he doesn't have my rcon password I am sure. Any ideas on how he is doing this and or how to stop it?
Well i dont know how anyone would do this without a password so try changing it?!?

I'm assuming this is your server and not your client, Do you have an Anti-Cheat?
Is your RCON password in a config file such as server.cfg? If so, move it to the command line and remove it from the config file; also change it.
