Gmod Console Spam on Landing hard on ground

I found the command: cl_debugrumble. I had it set to 1...no idea what was going through my had when I turned that on.

In any game mode or server I am on my console get's spammed with things like:

Every time I land on the ground somewhat roughly (or take fall damage). It's driving me nutts and causing quite some issues.
Anyone have a clue what command I might've accidentally enabled or maybe some lua file that could've caused this?

Try disabling addons one at a time, see if you get any results.

I disabled all my addons...same issue. I think it's some debug command, I had a bad habit of spamming console commands to figure out what do...but then not writing them down in the past ; _ ;.
