Hey there, so Its been quite some time since Ive visited [url]www.garrysmod.org[/url] and i wanted some addons, but whenever I get to the site, it doesn't work? and when I do finally get to the homepage and want to click on (for example) sWeps, It says stuff that the server doesnt work or something or that the host isnt connected.
Is this gmod.org recently down for a while or is it permanently down cus I cant really find the answers on the interwebs.

Anyway... the website isn't responding for me either so it must be down or something.
garrysmod.org is archived and no longer accessible. It was replaced by Toybox and then by Steam Workshop. If you want addons, you'll have to do so through Workshop, or by finding posts on forums (such as these) with links to SVN, Git, or direct download repositories.
A majority of the high-profile addons were reuploaded to the workshop either by their authors or by fans, and most of the "lost content" wouldn't work with gmod in it's current state anyway.
Its been up for a long time, only like a week ago I was over there looking for some old addons.
