Problem with custom models in gmod

Hello guys, ok i've been trying to fix this four about 4 hours already, been happening to me for a while already...

I've setup Workshop fastdl and setup the playermodels on my server, all my friends can see the models properly, but i've been having the same issue " I Can't see the icon model",
I put the addon on my addons folder also, create materials & models folder and add them to my steam directory trying to fix this issue but no clue...

They can see the models when they join my server but i can't -_-

I've also subscribed to the addon but still not able to do that...

Any option i've to turn on/off or clear some folder at gmod directory ?
