Garrys Mod texture problems - Help

Alright, I've tried to help my brother earlier to fix the problems he got with Garrys Mod, I've tried everything but doesn't seem to work. Here's a screenshot, if someone had this problem before tell me what you've done to fix it, thanks a lot! What is your video card? 99.9% sure your video card is total crap.

A good PC rig that can maybe run DayZ and other good games such as CS:GO. I would say that a pc wouldn't go over the cost of £500-600.

Single core performance which is still key to some games will be really really bad. Multi-core games would be ok but CSGO isn't going to run well on this and nor is DayZ.[/QUOTE] It also has no OS installed.
