• Using c_model

Can somebody help me? I really don't know how to do this but wanna use the model hands instead of the Half Life hands and tried to change v_spiderman to c and it errors the whole weapon. How can I do it? First of all, Developer Discussion is there:[url]http://facepunch.com/forums/65[/url] Secondly, modelling forum is there: [url]http://facepunch.com/forums/40[/url] What you need to do is to decompile the view model, remove the hands mesh, make sure the view model skeleton is valid for hands ( if not, you will need to rerig the model or fix the skeleton otherwise ) and compile the new model as a c_ model.
