Is it possible to port TF2 weapons to GMOD without needing TF2 to be mounted?

I want some TF2 weapons on my TTT server but I don't want to mount TF2 or require my users to download TF2 to see and use them. Is it not possible to get TF2 weapons on a Garry's Mod server without needing TF2?

you mean like sweps right? the first thing you need to do is to find one that is not broken. theres a changes that the swep contains the models and textures too. i dont sure about this but you may be able to make the clients download the models and textures by ripping off tf2's models and make the clients to donwload them(i dont sure about this)
