Issue with the Awesomium process

Hey guys,

I've seen some other posts about this but I've not quite seen any posts that offer a proper, concrete suggestion for my issue.

The Awesomium Process keeps creating about 8-10 Duplicates, and it tends to freeze my computer for over 5 minutes at a time; it freezes all open processes, and also occasionally disconnects my internet. I've rightclicked the processes and they always lead to the GMod bin folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\garrysmod\bin), so I'm doubting the fact that it's a issue regarding a virus hiding itself as the Awesomium Process. (I am running a AVG Virus Search, just to be sure)

I'm not able to handle the game freezing up every few minutes, half because I am always on a RP server when I'm doing it and I can easily get banned if I suddenly stop replying in the RP server - as it could seem like I'm avoiding RP and that could easily break the rules. Furthermore, it's just incredibly inconveniencing for me when I keep freezing, it's unbearable.

Anybody got any suggestions? I'm tempted to just delete the Awesomium.exe in the bin folder because it's just that debilitating.
