Frist, sorry my bad english.
I open dedicated server but when i load the save file that loaded on singleplay.
+My server dosen't appear on server list (without dedicated server)
I asked my friend, "doe my server appear info?"
He said "Yes, it does. but only appear playing mutlplayer."
A long time ago. that was work all info + server list (everything is okay!!)
Recently it doesn't appear server list and only info playing mutlplayer. no name no map. no player number.
I don't think you can load save files in multiplayer. That's not how they work. Allowing servers to load saves would probably be incredibly broken and not worth it; at least I've never seen it happen.
What your friends is seeing, with your server info being no name, map, or player number is due to recent introduction of Steam P2P in GMod. This allows players to connect to your listen (non-DS) server without you having to forward ports. If you want your server to appear in the server list, you will need to forward the necessary ports.
I am not going to explain that, since there is enough information on that on the GMod wiki, the Valve wiki, and Google overall. If you cannot find any of it, then it is isn't anyone's problem that you are an amoeba.
EDIT: You might want to just use SRCDS if you want your server to show up in the server list.
You have to open the desired server port. by default it should be 27015.
