Stuck at "Sending Client Information" with in server noise (StarwarsRP if it matters)

I have played on a few StarWars RP servers recently but it seems more chance if I can get in. They are not full or close to full when I try to join. It goes through the standard rotation of "receiving client information", "workshop complete", "mounting add-ons", and when it hits "Sending Client Information" it "loads". I have no video, but I hear the sounds in the server. I can actually control my player. I can hear myself walking around and people in game can hear me (mic) and read messages I type.

Un/re installed and problem remains.

Not sure what to do. not extremely tech savy so really any type of advice would help.
