You should reinstall your GMOD. It should remove it, or/and remove it from your subscribed workshop addons. IF that doesnt work you can always reinstall a legitimate copy of windows.
I can't tell if this is a joke, if not, where is the pony porn located? How did you find it?
Do you have a virus/malware scanner?
If yes, has it found something?
Can you explain how this came to be?
