removeid: couldn't find STEAM_0:1:28861 spam in server-side console.

(quick note, I'm sorry if this isn't in the right sub-forum, I wasn't sure where to put it)
Hi, I'm having an addon repeatedly try to remove steam id STEAM_0:1:28861 from banned_users.cfg and I cant find it. I have downloaded the entire addons folder and used WinGrep, Sublime Text 2 and Notepad++ to search for files containing that steam id in the addons folder, but it's coming back without results. Can someone help me to identify the location of this to prevent a possible issue in the future?

EDIT: I have now finished a search on the lua folder as well with no results.

The addon might be doing some string manipulation bullshit to hide steam ID, maybe try searching for "removeid" and look if there are any suspicious occurrences.

You could have easily faked that. Either way, does it matter? I'm trying to FIX AN ISSUE not argue if you are being legitimate or not. your initial story was completely false anyways, so im not trusting you

EDIT: Whatever I did with ULX seems to have fixed it. Maybe my ulib copy was MiTM'ed?
