Games crash when join this server!

So, when I join one server my game crashes but I hear the game sound. This is the IP for the server 185.38.149.17:27045.

I have reinstalled my game and deleted all the addons but it didn't work. When I reinstalled my game it works once then kept crashing.

Any other server I join it doesn't crash and the gamemode of this server is Sandbox
