Server Laggs while Shooting

My Server gets mass Laggs when someone is shooting at someone...

It only Laggs when you hit the enemy and thas massly...

Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2667 v4 @ 3.20GHz (32 Cores)
RAM: 10GB

Gamemode DarkRP

IIRC FA:S weapons are not meant for multiplayer. Also, M9k is a pretty laggy base.

It is now better BUT after 3 sec. of shooting it laggs again...

And when I want to equip a weapon I lose my Connection for 2-4 sec.

Ok no I think I found a solution.

Removing Effects.

I added a No Blood Mod, still no help...

I deleted alot addons (in File Zilla, too)

Still nothing..

That really destroys my Head :C

We fixed it.
Our Server Hoster changed our Server from Windows to Linux
