Missing Vgui material gui/silkicons/world

So on my server recently this error message spams the console and causes the chat to break and eventually crash. I have looked all over the internet about this. I planned to add the world icon back but all of the threads about its location are outdated. Can anyone help? this error is causing my server to become very unstable.
