When ever I open gmod and join a server (any server) for the first time,

shows up in my console. Why is this, and is it malicious?

It's a server that has been blacklisted from appearing in the server browser for exploiting a glitch that allowed them to show their server multiple times, therefore boosting their traffic, if I remember correctly.
There's nothing malicious about it, it's merely a notification in case you are looking for that specific server and wondering why it isn't there.
