Yes I only reported this yesterday and it's still up but the addon was uploaded on the 13th of December and is in 46 collections (6 of which by the guy who uploaded it). Verified. Check lua/autorun/server/apa_antiprop.lua. Reporting now.

It'll get taken down when it gets taken down. There's not even that many servers running this right now.
