So I've noticed a lighting glitch in Garry's Mod for about a year now and I've just been ignoring it, it's to where if I look in a certain direction or move to a certain angle it changes from light to dark to really light, I looked it up but couldn't find anything except map-wise glitches. This glitch has happened on many maps in many gamemodes. Now I've reinstalled tf2 and its in there aswell but its not in any of my other games. I have some Screenshots on a jb map.

I've tried Verifying Game Cache Un-Installing and Re-installing its still there. Any ideas?
So I've looked even further into it and where as I couldn't find a fix. I believe it to be a Source Engine Issue. It seems to be quite common but I'm not seeing a fix to it anywhere.
Might be something with your graphics card not liking how source handles lighting?
I'd try upgrading/downgrading your drivers.
From what you're explaining it sounds like HDR is fucking up, but from your screenshots It's probably due to old drivers or a faulty GPU
