I don't know what the hell happened, but now every time I delete an addon with the green halo, the ring get removed but the object keep remaining there!

Here's a screenshot of the problem. All the object you see on that grey thing were with green halo. When I removed them with the tool only the ring disappeared and the objects still remains.
Does anybody know if there's a possible fix for this issue? It's been one year that I work on that map, I don't want to restart everything...
