Ok so when I try to join some servers I will get the errors:
connect:Assert(Assertion Failed: on disk registry has changed and is marked dirty - we're about to lose data. ):registry.cpp:271
Engine Error CMDLCache:: Out of memory
when in the sending client information phase or the workshop complete message. If you need any other info just ask.
Any help is much appreciated.
Extra Notes:
So far this problem only appears on servers with a lot of addons, like purge.
SPD purge exhibits a massive spike in ram(around 4.2 gb) when in workshop complete before crashing. This amount of ram usage seems to be the problem.

SPD purge 74.91.121.48:27015 <------ End goal is to get on this server
Solution:
Lowering video settings minimized the memory usage of the server downloads and fixed the problem
