My server recently just had this odd change where only fist's knives and explosives only killed people. Guns don't do any damage towards other including HL2 weapons. Can someone help me fix this.

The issue is probably an EntityTakeDamage hook stopping the damage. Try disabling your addons until you find the cause.

and how would I exactly do that?
Remove them from the server
