Whats the maximum number of npc before it lags? I have AMD Dual Core.

I don't know if there is a SOLID limit, I am pretty sure its however much your PC itself can handle.
Unless Gmod has a Hard Limit, which most games do. (255 or 256 maybe? Maybe larger.)
Its usually just how much your computer can handle, your best bet is just to spam NPCs around and see how much it can run without lagging alot.
