Everything in my addons folder is not working

If its a linux server the folders name should be completely lowercase

I know this but I am not using linux I am using windows 8 on a dedicated server.

I'm afraid you haven't given us any details to help you with, yet you're asking for a solution.

-Have you ran "lua_run PrintTable( engine.GetAddons() )" in the server console to check?
-Before adding in 18 addons, did you test just ULIB & ULX?
-Do they have an addon.txt in the directory?
-What makes you think none of them are working?
