Garry's mod wont launch HL2.exe would stay at a very low memory usage and wouldn't do any thin

there is a lot of info i've been trying to fix this for a year contacted support but it didn't help they gave me the same instructions as the ones written on the forums I'll try to keep it short there are a lot of things that happens which aren't always the same so ill split this into steps
-1-
go to steam and launch garry's mod from there a steam tab pops up saying preparing to launch garrys mod
-2-
and executable called hl2 would start (here it will get comlicated ill split it into multiple situations )
*1*if hl2.exec is usingless than 20k kb of the memory its will never start and thus have to be terminated (i gave it 24 hours or more once still didnt work)
*2* if hl2.exe memory usage is (sometimes at 19k)20k<X<24k there is a small chance for it to go up and the game launching (if its gonna launch it wont take longer than 5 mins usually 20 secs or less)
*3*if hl2.exec if the memory usage it greater or equal to 26k there is a good chance of the game launching

-3-now a new game window will appear if hl2.exe memory usage get stuck under 64k kb it wont start but crash after a certain amount of time
-4-if the game usage will get to 119k kb the game will stop responding after 1-2 mins it will start
its usually takes me 1-2 hours to get the game started its really depressing

If you get crashes, post the crash dump files. (mdmp files next to the exe)

Are you on AMD by any chances?

sorry for the delay i'm not on AMD
there isnt a crash report as the game requires me to terminate it it just stops responding it wouldn't give me the dialog where im offered to chose from closing it or debugging it or waiting

If you have to manually end process, you can right click it and create dump file.

Also try the Dev beta branch.

tried the dev branch didn't work either i got the dmp file tho but how to upload it ?

the game managed to start this time with dev brach after a small update keep the thread open for updates i m not sure if its fixed or its just random cause the game does work sometimes rarely but it does

i tried using dxlevel 90 and starting in windowed mode but it didnt work
