Server won't run on right port

So one of my Garry's Mod Servers won't start on the right port.
startup:
screen -A -m -d -S dr /root/server_dr/srcds_run -console -game garrysmod +maxplayers 30 +map deathrun_tunnel +gamemode deathrun +port 27020 -tickrate 33
yes, its on linux.
It keeps starting on 27021 or 27025, it worked in the past...

Do you have another server or service running on 27020?

And not to change subjects, but you [i]really[/i] should not be running the server as the root user
