Garrysmod.org threat? - Garry's Mod

Hi guys, just checked Garrysmod.org and I realised there is a MASSIVE Warning on it? So my question is this: How did garry get the power to ban Steam Accounts for uploading files? AND Has anybody been retarded enough to try it?

He bans Steam accounts from the website, and it's permanent. And of course morons get banned, for uploading unneeded shit.

I think it should be rewritten, as to me it makes me assume its a ban from STEAM

Oh god finally, I remember when we'd get banned for commenting on how terrible those kinds of uploads were. I got banned for posting "why the fuck" on someone's furry background.

See I miss the days where you would build something for hours and then finialy upload it to gmod.org then wake up the next morning and realize you have over 500 downloads(which for some is pretty impressive) but now ill just have to suck up and post shitty ass saves to toybox which dont even work for 99% of my dupes (unless its like 4 props) and then get like 40 downloads and its no where to be found (shoved off the front page due to kids posting ":Dsskfll;thedog" that has 3 props and maybe a ragdoll nailed to a board) within hours.
