I have my own dedicated server for Garry's Mod. I was wondering how to make it so people download maps/player models and everything without using a fast url. Is this possible?
Do you have ULX installed? It has a feature that can do that.

If you didn't get walked through, there's a file:
/addons/ulx/cfg/server.ini
It has an example on adding forced downloads right in the file.
