Anyone got any Garry's Mod Movie tips and YouTube Tips

Hey guys :D
I know I'm a TOTAL noob for asking but is there any good movie tips out there? I'd say I've already learnt a great deal, here's some stuff I already know.
I know how to hid HUD and Physgun beams
I know how to pose and manipulate ragdolls
I know what type of music to use (less known, music from Ren and Stimpy and Spongebob seems to work in scenes)
What kind of maps to use (not just gm_construct)
Ragdoll walking contraptions

What I would like to know is, is there anyway to get that annoying heart monitor sound off when you die?

Plus (and I am so embarresed for asking) how can I promote my YouTube videos? Especially my GMod ones? Because I'm going to start making a Halo 3 Machinima and I think there's no point if I'm not actually getting views.

It was my first GMod video is 2 years and it was a video to basically tell a story of how I got my PC back. Obviously not all of it is true :D
