I can't find an PERP gamemode Tutorial.
Never played it when i ask players ingame they don't do shit about it.
Im used to play CityRP.
And i wanted to know what PERP is.
PERP is like CityRP. But depending on the server it could be seriously mingy or unstable. I've never played CityRP personally, but PERP is just general roleplay in a city. Besides the pewpewRP

I have a working version of Perp 3 heavily customized, but its bugged out to hell. I may make a server but i highly doubt I will.
