Every time I open my spawn list it isn't without the fear of crashing. When I open big spawn lists like space build model pack peices or wire mod buttons. (small example) I crash about 50% of the time. This problem just started recently. I'm not sure if it's a certain addon or if my computer just sucks.
Suggestions please!

I deleted all my game files and re downloaded not too long ago. The problem started shortly before that.
You deleted C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\STEAMNAME\garrysmod\ ?
Right click on gmod (in steam), click properties, local files, verify cache, ect.
Run as Administrator?
